Shipping & Returns
Due to some issues, we have had to change our policies. Kolstad & Co. will happily hold unpaid merchandise for up to 48 hours. If item/s is/are not picked up within that time frame, it/they will be returned to the floor, or offered to the next person.
Kolstad & Co. will happily hold merchandise that is paid for, for up to 14 (fourteen) days. After that, items will either be shipped at the purchaser's expense, or be returned to the floor. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, items turnover quickly, and we have limited storage space.
Shipping is $7.95 on orders $0-$99.99. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.
All products will ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.
If there is a problem, or going to be a delay, we will contact you immediately.
Please make sure to add all your correct contact information in case we need to reach out to you. It is important that you put a valid email, and phone number with your order, as this is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We will never give out your personal information.
We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped, and once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
We ship via USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the US.
Of course, we hope you LOVE everything, but just in case...
Kolstad & Co. will happily exchange or return regular priced merchandise ONLY within 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase, Online purchases: Please contact us within 3 (three) business days of receiving your item/s if there are any problems, so we can begin return process.
Apparel - items must have tags on, be unworn and unwashed, cannot have pet hair/ make up/deodorant stains, or smell like perfume or smoke.
Shoes - must be returned inside a protective shipping box, and be in the
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS - CLEARANCE ITEMS (50% off or more), intimates, swimwear,
Other goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
All sale items (50% off or more) are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds on sale or clearance items.
Replaceable (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
